Gale More O’Ferrall
Born in Scotland, Gale More O’Ferrall moved to Zimbabwe when she was 5 years old. She studied fine arts in South Africa and later went on to work ad exhibit both independently and within the industry. Her work is eclectically rich as she reflects the extensive travels, people met, and experiences she had throughout her life.
Revealing people and their individual essence holds predominance in her love for painting. Capturing atmosphere and light is her technical forte, and her passion for wildlife arose from her personal experiences growing up in Africa.
A recent immigrant to Canada, Gale works full time at her studio in North Vancouver. Her work is held in private collections around the world and she is a signature member of the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA). Gale’s numerous awards include:
